The Belonging Shift:

Moving from self protection into connection.

WHEN

20th March 2027

WHERE

Notting Hill, London

WHY

What if being well isn’t only about learning to cope, but about feeling safe enough to connect with ourselves, with each other and with the world around us? We can only meet someone as deelply as we’ve met ourselves…

Most of us learned to protect ourselves long before we learned to belong. Over time, that protection can hold us at a distance from the very connection we need. This immersive full day of exploration is about noticing that pattern and gently beginning to move beyond it.

Join Dr Lisa Cherry OBE and Nikki Leader for a rare and deeply experiential day bringing together trauma-informed practice, belonging, relationships, intuition and the spiritual dimensions of connection. Together, they will create a space to pause, question and experience a deeper connection with the self.

Through powerful conversation, practical exercises, reflection and embodied experience, you’ll explore how self-protection shows up in your life and work, what helps it soften and what becomes possible when you truly feel you belong. You’ll leave with simple practices to take back into your everyday life and work.
