Social Worker Resources

The tools in this section have been developed for social workers to support children and young people with grief and loss, including death but also for expansion into consideration of the ambiguous loss that children in care experience continually, of community, of people, of hope and of familiarity.

*Also note that as of September 2026, as part of Relationships, Sex and Health Education (RSHE), Bereavement Education will be mandatory in schools.
